Yes, you can.
As a
reseller, can I create my own Virtual Dedicated Server hosting plans?
No, you can
not. At this time, you can only resell the Virtual Dedicated Server
plans that we currently sell.

I resell your DirectAdmin and Managed VPS hosting plans?
Yes, you can.
