Use the following command to show the location:<\/p>\n<pre># rpm -ql cacti | grep cacti.sql<\/pre>\n<p>Sample output: \/usr\/share\/doc\/cacti-0.8.8b\/cacti.sql<\/p>\n<p>Now we need to install the tables into the cacti.sql file. Use the following command to do this and enter your database password when prompted.<\/p>\n<pre># mysql -u cactiuser -p cacti &lt; \/usr\/share\/doc\/cacti-0.8.8b\/cacti.sql<\/pre>\n<p>Let&#8217;s configure MySQL settings for Cacti.
