If you can't find a solution to your problem in the knowledge base, feel free to submit a support ticket to our Helpdesk by emailing support@rosehosting.com. A ticket will be auto generated for you. A technical support representative will reply to your ticket as soon as possible. Please note that the high priority tickets take precedence when resolving problems and replying to your ticket. Our normal support response time is less than 5 minutes.
