Presently, we offer several technical support resources, including our Knowledge Base, as well as the ability to contact our technical support personnel through Email, Live Chat and our Ticket System.

If you can't find a solution to your problem in the knowledge base, feel free to submit a support ticket to our Helpdesk by emailing support@rosehosting.com. A ticket will be auto generated for you. A technical support representative will reply to your ticket as soon as possible. Please note that the high priority tickets take precedence when resolving problems and replying to your ticket. Our normal support response time is less than 5 minutes.

I'm only a week into my new service and it seems to be better than I expected. I had a few hiccups after migrating my site to the new servers, which were caused by my CDN configuration. I can tell you their tech support took the description I provided regarding the issues and got it all straightened out in no time.
