Presently, we offer several technical support resources, including our Knowledge Base, as well as the ability to contact our technical support personnel through Email, Live Chat and our Ticket System.

If you can't find a solution to your problem in the knowledge base, feel free to submit a support ticket to our Helpdesk by emailing support@rosehosting.com. A ticket will be auto generated for you. A technical support representative will reply to your ticket as soon as possible. Please note that the high priority tickets take precedence when resolving problems and replying to your ticket. Our normal support response time is less than 5 minutes.

I started a job where the client had a Magento website that was so slow it was dropping cc transaction data. The company didn't have access to the AWS LightSail webserver hosting their site, and I knew there were some fundamental issues with runaway scripts and poorly written extensions. Once I got the firm managing the website to provide the necessary DB dump and files, Rose Hosting was on it! A great migration, simple to follow instructions, they even got rid of some stubborn bloat extensions did some performance tuning to get the site working better. Now the site is rocket fast, at less than half the cost of what the company was paying the previous firm for the LightSail account.
