Presently, we offer several technical support resources, including our Knowledge Base, as well as the ability to contact our technical support personnel through Email, Live Chat and our Ticket System.

If you can't find a solution to your problem in the knowledge base, feel free to submit a support ticket to our Helpdesk by emailing helpdesk@rosehosting.com. A ticket will be auto generated for you. A technical support representative will reply to your ticket as soon as possible. Please note that the high priority tickets take precedence when resolving problems and replying to your ticket. Our normal support response time is less than 5 minutes.

I would say that RoseHosting has provided a quality and reliable service at a reasonable price. My experience is that of a small business (brittfranken.com: photography). I have not tested RoseHosting VPS with regards to scalability (yet). With that said, for small businesses, requiring a certain technology freedom, RoseHosting VPS is a great solution.
