Yes, we offer free website migration and we will migrate your Dolphin site for free.

Can I run Dolphin on a subdomian?

Yes. We will set up Dolphin on a subdomain for you, free of charge. Simply point the subdomain to your VPS and we will take care of the rest.

Can I upgrade my VPS hosting plan later?

Yes, all our VPS hosting plans can be upgraded/downgraded at anytime with no downtime.

Will I have shell access?

Yes, with all our Virtual Server plans. See our Virtual Servers web page for more details about each plan and the features they offer. The maintenance of the server is done via both SSH and FTP. The login name (root) and password for the shell is supplied in your server configuration information contained within your Welcome E-mail notification after your order is processed.

Is it expensive to own a VIRTUAL SERVER? What kind of server packages are available?

Not at all. VIRTUAL SERVERS start from as little as $19.95 per month with 30 Gigabytes of SSD disk space and 2 TB of monthly data transfer.

How does a VIRTUAL SERVER work?

The VIRTUAL SERVER system divides a single physical server into multiple, "virtual" machines. Each virtual machine has its own unique domain name (ie: "yourcompany.com") and IP address(es). Although each virtual machine runs on a part of our physical server, to you and your clients, it looks just as if you are operating your own private dedicated server under your own Internet domain.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards and VISA and MasterCard debit cards as payment. Also, in order to increase our customer care flexibility, as of September 2013 we extended our payment methods list by adding PayPal as well.

How long does it take to setup my new account?

After a successful verification and initial prorated billing of your credit card it should take no longer than 10 minutes for your server to be setup and ready. It may take a bit longer if you ordered a control panel with your VPS.

What control panels are available?

We currently offer the Webmin, DirectAdmin and WHM/cPanel control panels. Webmin is free, DirectAdmin will cost you $5 per month and the WHM/cPanel control panel will cost you $12 per month. The DirectAdmin and cPanel/WHM License fee is non-refundable and cannot be prorated

With your virtual server plans is it possible to rebuild php with different options?

Yes, since you have total control over your virtual server and the operating system environment you can download and rebuild PHP, or any other software, with the options you prefer. You will have full ROOT access to your server.

Do you offer free trial accounts to test out your VPS?

We do not offer trial accounts, but we do offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If you order a VPS and you do not like it for some reason you can cancel within your first 7 days for a full refund.

Can I create a custom VPS plan?

Yes. You can create your own Custom VPS hosting plan according to your needs. You can choose how much memory, disk space and data transfer you need.

No. Sites containing adult material, links to adult material or adult-oriented merchandise are not permitted.

Is IRC allowed?

We do not allow IRC servers, IRC bots and/or any IRC related software to be operated on our servers.

Can I resell the web space on my VPS?

Absolutely. The VPS is completely yours and you can do whatever you want with your web space.

Can I install and run my own applications/services on your servers?

You will have full root access to your server so you can easily install/uninstall anything you want, unless forbidden by our TOS/AUP policies.
